Objective
Early career orientation supports youth trying to find the right job in time. The youth should find out about new professional areas and about the regional neighbourhood, and thus avoiding dropout before completion.

- Acquirement of knowledge about one’s own skills and strengths, combined with current knowledge concerning the world of work
- Going through various professional sectors should it make it easier for girls and boys,
to discover their own abilities and preferences, to use existing reserves and to understand all the possibilities of information and skills on the road to a successful professional training. - According to the aspect of gender mainstreaming; to arouse interest among girls and young women in the different fields of commercial-technical occupations
