Target groups
The target group includes disabled adolescents and young adults (§ 19 SGB III), who require special services for participation in working life because of their disabilities (§ 98 paragraph 1 in conjunction with § 102 paragraph 1 No. 1b SGB III). However, they are not dependent on a special facility for the disabled as defined in § 35 SGB IX.

Objective
The aim is the implementation of disability-specific training and obtaining a professional qualification according to § 102 paragraph 1 Nr. 1b SGB III in conjunction with §§ 4, 5 para 2 ff BBiG / §§ 25, 26 para. 2 HandwO and §§ 64 ff BBiG / § 42 HandwO ("craft training") for continuous integration in employment and occupation. The vocational training takes place in external facilities (integrative model).

Perspective
Training of young people who require special help to lead them to a full vocational qualification examination in a recognized occupation before the competent authority and provide the best way for the transition into the 1st labor market
The Route
- Impart of practical and professional qualifications according to the existing training framework at the Bildunggesellschaft
- Comprehensive support and special education (learning support) in all subjects at the Bildungsgesellschaft
- Social-educational support and assistance at the Bildungsgesellschaft
- Participation in annual work internships in contracting companies
- Participation in EU abroad internships (optional)
- Impart of theoretical knowledge of theoretical knowledge according to the existing training framework at the “Oberstufenzentrum” (vocational school) to current core curricula through the upper center (vocational school)
- Target-oriented cooperation with all parties involved
