Target group
- Regardless of the attained education - youth and young adults without vocational training, who have completed the compulsory education
- Learning impaired and / or socially disadvantaged youth and young adults in need of specific assistance due to educational shortcomings and / or social difficulties
- Adolescents and young adults, whose inclusion in intra-company training - even with aid during apprenticeship (“abH”) – was not possible
Objective
The collaborative model aims to train youth and young adults from the start in appropriate training positions with co-operating companies which are bound by contract. Furthermore, with intensive support the trainees are prepared to continue their apprenticeship in co-operating companies as early as the end of the firs

The route
1. Training year
- Support and aid with the job interviews at the partner companies
- Practical training takes place in co-operating company
- Theoretical training takes place at the vocational school
- Individual support and special education is implemented by "Bildungsgesellschaft"
- Socio-educational and support is being organized by "Bildungsgesellschaft"
- Promotion and training of key skills
- Transfer to in-firm training
2.-3. Training year
- Continuation of vocational training in the profession at the partner companies
- Transitional care is provided
- Support can be organized e.g. Aid during apprenticeship ("Abh")
