Target groups
- Youth having learning disabilities or who are socially disadvantaged and who are not able to begin a vocational training even not with “Aid during apprenticeship” because of reasons connecting with the person itself. Therefore, they depend on an external training facility. The requirements are: completion of the general full-time compulsory education and participation in a measure of vocational preparation (duration: at least 6 months).
- Handicapped people, who are not in need of special services, may be supported with funding, if they meet the requirements.
Objective
Target and task of vocational training at an external facility (educational provider) is to train youth and young adults in an approved apprenticeship successfully with the goal that they become certified skilled workers and then to convert the training into a working relationship. Even during training, a change into in-company training is possible – and intended.

Perspective
Training of young people who require special help to lead them to a full vocational qualification examination in a recognized occupation before the competent authority and provide the best way for the transition into the 1st labor market
The Route
- Impart of practical and professional qualifications according to the existing training framework at the Bildunggesellschaft
- Comprehensive support and special education (learning support) in all subjects at the Bildungsgesellschaft
- Social-educational support and assistance at the Bildungsgesellschaft
- Participation in annual work internships in contracting companies
- Participation in EU abroad internships (optional)
- Impart of theoretical knowledge of theoretical knowledge according to the existing training framework at the “Oberstufenzentrum” (vocational school)
- Target-oriented cooperation with all parties involved
