Aid during apprenticeship (“Ausbildungsbegleitende Hilfen” = abH)
The accompanying training aids are a free support option for trainees who have problems during their theoretical and / or practical training in their company and their marks let anticipate problems in exams.
Objectives of aid during apprenticeship:
- the promotion of theoretical knowledge
- the refurbishment of educational deficits
- the prevention of dropout
- achieving good marks in exams
Help is in the form of regular support teaching in small groups or individual lessons, but also in terms of advice and assistance with social problems.
The lessons are possible to take place:
- during the training periode
- after the vocational college
- in spare time.
The hours are flexible and tunable, and lessons are possible even during the holiday.
